We curate the room nobody wants to leave.
In an AI-generated world, attention isn't manufactured. It's earned in a room, at an activation, in a moment people can't scroll past.
+Pavlov Creative is a boutique experiential consultancy, not an agency: you work directly with founder Diana Pavlov and the curated specialists she brings in project by project, not a rotating account team, moving at the speed and discretion luxury and lifestyle brands need.
Diana has spent 15+ years building brand worlds, starting in hospitality and entertainment before expanding into CPG, fashion and spirits. She started at the intersection of the first two, working with Rande Gerber's Gerber Group and The Opium Group, then spent a decade at Marriott International, where she launched its first-ever entertainment marketing department and scaled it to 10 brands across 40 countries and 800+ properties. Most recently, she led Brand Experiences & Events in-house at CPG brand Frida.
That track record runs through +Pavlov Creative: events from Coachella to Sundance, brand launches from Dubai to Tokyo, communities built from Austin to Amsterdam. We've partnered with Four Seasons, Marriott International, American Express, Netflix, Billboard, Universal Music Group, AEG, Pantone, Bumble, IHG, Diageo, and AB InBev to drive engagement that shows up in the numbers, not just the room.
